Design & Construction Project Mgt. 424-508-6791 Lic#1146106 / Reg#169892 SP

Hello. My name is Coby. I am the CEO and founder of Kaangaroo Remodeling. My goal is to help you achieve your home design and remodeling objectives on time and on budget with proper code compliance and permitting.

Many of the trade specific specialists on the Kaangaroo Remodeling team have over 20 years of experience in their specific trades.

In a world of AI, I encourage every homeowner to ask their designer for original hand-drawn sketches from past work. This provides evidence that you’re  working with an actual designer with real design skills, not someone letting an AI application do the heavy lifting. I draw concepts in real-time in front of clients so that together, we can develop your dream home as a team.

As a state licensed contractor, I started by doing construction work myself with tools in my hands before I started doing design work. Thus as a designer and on site construction project manager I am responsible for all aspects of your project from designing something that you love to supervising all production aspects of your project.
